At Signature Factory, we ensure timely and secure delivery of all your custom gifts. We've partnered with Shiprocket, one of India's leading logistics aggregators, to offer reliable and efficient delivery services across the country.

1. Shipping Time

• Standard shipping: The product will be delivered to your location within 5-7 days.
• Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected product type.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email powered by Shiprocket.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after confirmation and customization.
• During peak seasons or high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Charges

• We have a free shipping policy for prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Standard shipping charge: ₹49 (for orders below ₹499).
• We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned on our social media!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS or email.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Remote or non-serviceable locations
• Unexpected courier delays

In such cases, we'll keep you informed and assist with alternative solutions where possible.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we are only accepting orders within India. International shipping is not yet available.
