Return & Refund Policy
At Signature Factory, all our products are custom-made with care. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we only accept returns and issue refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The products are customised so we won't accept any returns.
- For Defective and Damaged products please return the product within7 days of delivery.
- Video Proof Of Unboxing is Mandatory for return/replacement.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (unless found with manufacturing defect).
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the user.
- Orders placed by mistake or change of mind.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at pranay@sfgifts.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
4. Refund Process
- We will deliver exchange or replacement products within 5-7 days.
- If we are unable to deliver the exchange products we will provide refunds
- Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days.
5. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to our fault (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
